Building a great organization

Why most oraganizations whether business, social, or government in this world do not sustain for long to become a great one? What actually stops them from the path of excellence? Why the leadership team doesn't pay heed to the basics of market-driven changes and brace for the most bitter moment of accepting the internal and external change dynamics? Perhaps, the mystery lies in not understanding your business objectives and equally so ignoring the challenge of acquiring quality workforce vis-a-vis your business requirement. So, what exactly the perception of quality workforce by the management is not the one that always strikes the right chord. Here comes perceptational gap between right strategy and the execution of that strategy for all practical reasons. Somewhere down the line the execution of strategy gets diluted with an overwhelming confidence that a set of think-tank of the organization fails to benchmark across the journey. To stand above the competetion should always be a parameter for the top leaders to address at each level of execution. Then comes the instrospection of asking the right question whether you carry the competitive advantage across your products and services that you offer to your valued customers. If you fail to wow your customers, you are short-lived. To become extraordinary, always develop a winning workforce that would ensure your customers are impressed by each and every delivery, consistently. Yes, the best path to ride over the competition is that you must create something that is rare, unimitable, and should address your customers' both chartered and unchartered wishes. Remember, building a great organization stems from the obsession for the best. Always!
